Female with large breasts that interfered with her daily activities and quality of life. She wore DD+ and wanted to be as small as possible. She underwent a bilateral breast reduction and axillary/lateral breast liposuction. 382 grams of breast tissue was removed from the left. 378 grams of breast tissue was removed from the right.
