Dr. Olivia MaDan is an angel on this earth!!! I saw several surgeons for consultations for my breast reduction but the moment I met her I knew she was the perfect person to do my surgery. She immediately made me feel at ease and talked me through every detail of the surgery and recovery process. She is a true perfectionist and made sure my final result would be exactly how I envisioned it. She has made herself available for any and all questions and concerns I’ve had. I’m 6 weeks post op and so incredibly happy with my results. Truly a life changer, I cannot recommend her enough! ❤️

I had a breast augmentation with Dr. Olivia MaDan and I couldn’t be happier. Initially before my consultation, I was planning on meeting with multiple doctors for consultations but once I met with Dr. MaDan, I decided that same day to get my procedure done with her. She is so knowledgeable and made me feel super comfortable throughout the entire process. I am so happy I went with her for my surgery. Also, Natalie, in the office is amazing and super caring! I would recommend Dr. MaDan to all my friends and family.

If I could give 1000 stars I would! Dr. MaDan and her team are THE BEST! Everyone is very friendly from the consultation to the post op every step was a joy! She made the whole breast augmentation process a breeze! The office is also so calming and very beautiful from the second you walk in you are greeted with a warm inviting smile then the nurse that takes you back is such a sweetheart. My surgery day was so easy and Dr. MaDan went above and beyond to make sure my augmentation was the right size to remain proportional with my body type! I could not have asked for a better experience! My results speak for themselves! Look no further if you are considering this surgery you will be in the right hands. I did a lot of looking around before making consultations and was nervous to give this office a call because the ladies all look like supermodels! I had nothing to be nervous about tho. The front desk receptionist is the absolute sweetest and nicest person. Dr. MaDan and Natalie are both super calming and made me feel at ease without even trying. As soon as I walked in I was at ease. Dr. MaDan was extremely informative and answered all my questions. I was so impressed I booked my surgery before I left the office. I am now a month post op for breast augmentation. The results are better than I expected and better than the digital images projected. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone and will go to her for any future procedures! 5 stars aren’t even enough.

Dr. MaDan did my breast augmentation 12 weeks ago, and I am so happy with my results! They look and feel better than I imagined and the recovery wasn’t bad at all!

Dr. MaDan and the whole staff are so friendly and pleasant to work with. After my surgery, she went out to the waiting room and talked to my mom about how it all went, we both thought that was so nice! And I really appreciated that she personally called me later that night to check on how I was doing. I always enjoyed going to my appointments. She also did a great job with my Botox. I’m really happy with my experience and would definitely recommend her!

Dr. MaDan and her team have been phenomenal throughout the entire process of consulting, scheduling and going through with my breast augmentation procedure!! Dr. MaDan was very thoughtful and answered any questions that I had. She gave me her professional insight on what she felt would be the best fit for my lifestyle and the end results I was expecting. Her bedside manner is great! All of the staff in her office are so friendly and helpful as well. She made sure to discuss everything very thoroughly with me and my husband prior to and upon completion of the procedure. I was given adequate pain relief following my procedure and she made sure that I was comfortable and pleased with how things went.. she even went out of her way to call me the night of my procedure to check in with me to ensure that I was handling everything adequately and did not have any further needs that she could meet at that time. I am so pleased with the overall experience and results of my augmentation and will forever be thankful for her and her team!! I would recommend Dr. MaDan to anyone looking to have a cosmetic procedure performed, as she is the best of the best!!

Dr. MaDan and her staff are the BEST! This was my first experience in getting plastic surgery and it completely exceeded my expectations. I’m only one week post op form receiving a breast lift/implants with tummy tuck and I’m already so happy with the results!

I was able to see what different implant sizes would look like with their 3D technology upon my first visit. All of my questions and concerns were answered and addressed HONESTLY, which I really appreciate. I was given realistic expectations regarding post op care and scars. Dr. MaDan really took the time to explain everything that I didn’t even think to ask her about.

I feel that Dr. MaDan and her nurse, Jordan really prepared me for my surgery day and there were no surprises. They even sent flowers to my house a few days after! I can’t wait to see my complete results in a few months!

I had planned on going to a few different surgeons for consultations but after meeting Dr. MaDan, I knew I was going to book my break augmentation with her. She is so sweet, friendly, knowledgable, and patient. She took so much time to explain every detail and factor that goes into choosing the correct size for my body type, the surgery, and aftercare. Her nurse Jordan was beyond helpful when it came to trying on different sizers and getting my surgery scheduled. I felt so confident in Dr. MaDan and her team that I booked my surgery before leaving my consultation. Even day of surgery, Dr. MaDan made sure to sit down with me before going into the OR and talk over everything to ease my nerves. She is beyond amazing at what she does and is so talented. I couldn’t have imagined my augmentation going better. I’m obsessed with my results and so pleased with how easy the surgery and recovery was. Immediately after my surgery (like within 30 mins), once my friend saw my results and heard about my experience, she went and booked her consultation (and ended up booking surgery day of consultation too)!

I also went to PSA for a Diamond Glow Facial with their other nurse Natalie. Natalie was also a delight to deal with. She is very welcoming and friendly. She took her time to explain everything I needed to know regarding the treatment. My skin has never felt better than after her facial!

10/10 would recommend this practice and everyone that works there. I truly don’t have one bad thing to say. This was the best experience I have had and would recommend them to everyone!

Dr. MaDan and her staff are very professional and caring. Dr. MaDan explained everything with my surgery and I felt so comfortable knowing I was in great hands. She made me look very natural and not like I had surgery. She called the day after my surgery to check on me and also sent flowers to my house. I received cheek and chin filler from Natalie, and could have NOT been more pleased! She was incredibly attentive and caring, and made sure I was comfortable from start to finish. I am so happy with the results! What makes PSA so unique, is the cohesion of this office that is noticeable as soon as you step in the door. Dr. MaDan, Natalie, Tonya, and Jordan are not only friends, but they also work together as a family, which directly translates to the care of their patients, giving everyone direct attention and a personal experience. Can’t wait to go back!

I had previously went to Dr. Heuneke and had great results after loosing a lot of weight and needing the skin removed. I came back to Dr. MaDan and had a breast augmentation. Definitely felt like I had a rocky start with my results and wasn’t completely happy at my 3 month post op. We booked an in office procedure to get those things fixed and I’m 100% happy now with my results. I’m grateful Dr. MaDan was so understanding and wanted to make things right. Everyone in the office is great and they always answered the million questions I had.

She is the best. Professional on time took amazing care of my wife no hidden costs or anything like that and her work is just phenomenal I would recommend her to anyone

Dr. Madan and her team were so pleasant to work with. I scheduled a consult and got in a lot sooner than I was expecting. During the consultation, she answered any and all of my concerns, was extremely knowledgable, and thoroughly explained the procedure and expectations. She provided a breakdown of the cost of the procedure at the appointment with no hidden fees or expenses. The total cost on the estimate was the exact amount I ended up paying, which is something I feel like doesn’t happen very often. She was not pushy whatsoever, which was such a relief. I was able to schedule the appointment for my procedure within 3 weeks of my consultation and am so pleased with the results. Highly recommend Dr. Madan and her wonderful team! Not to mention they have the cutest, furriest “staff member”, Townes (a golden), which is just a bonus!

Dr. MaDan & her team at Beyond have something special. I underwent a procedure last April & could not be happier with the results. I love receiving compliments on her work and hearing it looks “so natural.” Beyond the results, her team’s pre & post care was top notch. I felt heard, well-prepared, & valued. It is why I have returned for other services. I just in there today & the energy of the women working together, for their patients and selves … like I said. It is special.

Dr. Olivia MaDan and her team are amazing! Most of my consults with other surgeons began in the exam room with mostly naked pictures. My visit at Beyond started fully dressed in Dr. MaDan’s office and she got to know me while asking about my goals. This was very comforting and I felt as if she was really listened to what I wanted. She explained everything clearly and completely. Her work was impeccable and I am so happy with my results. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. MaDan!

The staff is great. You feel like your at home when your there talking to any of the staff team. I went in to have a Labiaplasty because I was very disgusted with the way I looked and felt. I didn’t know where to begin to even ask about the surgery because I hated for anyone to see what I looked like but Dr. MaDan was great. I couldn’t of asked for a better doctor. She helped me threw everything. I had done a lot of research before choosing a doctor and I know I pick the best one. She took something that was nasty looking and deformed and makes me feel normal again. It’s only been a week since my surgery and I’m very satisfy with the out come so far. Dr. Madan put the sunshine back in my life! I am a breast cancer survivor and had my initial reconstruction with a different plastic surgeon and my experience was traumatizing and overall a disaster! Thanks to Dr. Madan I can finally look in the mirror and not feel disgusted. She and her team are a force to be reckoned with and I would put any challenge in front of her! A decade ago my chest was butchered by a surgeon.

A botched surgery in both pecs left scarring and debris. As time passed the problems I had prior grew back worse than before the surgery. I was super hesitant to ever go under the knife again. Ten years later I decided I needed help. I spent hours upon hours researching every surgery practice in the greater Nashville area and then I made my choice. I gathered up my courage and made an appointment at BEYOND Collective. It’s been exactly one year since my surgery last January and I’m still so thankful for the whole staff and especially for Dr. MaDan. She thoughtfully and patiently walked me through my questions and the process that I would be going through as a whole. Dr. MaDan cares and you can feel it, so does her staff. They care about what they do and they take pride in their work. My surgery went amazing, I mean I was unconscious so I guess I wouldn’t really know, but the nurses told me post surgery that Dr. Madan was a rock star in that hospital room.

My recovery was smooth and I always looked forward to our follow up appointments.
