Developing her practice in this manner has allowed Dr. MaDan to engage in patient care on her terms, fostering authentic connections and empowering her patients. Dr. MaDan and her skilled Nashville team offer a range of procedures, from breast augmentation and tummy tucks to liposuction and labiaplasty.

Tonya brings extensive experience in the medical field and has been a dedicated part of the BEYOND Collective team. She studied business at Volunteer State Community College and is proud to call the Nashville area home.
She lives in Hendersonville with her rescue pup, Daisy Mae. Outside of work, Tonya enjoys reading, traveling, spending time in the gym, and anything true crime.

Our Aesthetic Nurse, Roxanne Wilson RN, BSN, is passionate about enhancing natural beauty and boosting your self-confidence. She specializes in delivering personalized aesthetic treatments with a focus on safety, artistry, and outcomes.
With a keen eye for detail, she strives to create harmonious results that celebrate individuality and the already beautiful you. Roxanne’s mission statement, ‘Your Health Is My Concern. Your Beauty Is My Art’, resonates deeply with her journey into aesthetics, which began after receiving a cancer diagnosis. Fueled by this passion, she pursued formal training in aesthetics and nursing. With over two decades of experience in the industry, Roxanne has developed a holistic approach to skincare that goes BEYOND surface-level treatments.
Whether it’s addressing acne-prone skin, combating signs of aging, or simply indulging in a moment of self-care, she tailors each session to meet the unique needs and desires of her clients. In her free time, Roxanne enjoys exploring the latest skincare trends, traveling, and spending quality time with her loved ones. We are thrilled to have Roxanne as a part of our team at BEYOND Collective.
Candace Austell
Office Manager
Candace is a Nashville area native with a diverse background in healthcare and business management. After graduating with a nursing degree from Union University in 2015, she spent three years working in the ICU, gaining invaluable experience in critical care. In 2018, Candace joined Beyond Collective as a nurse, where she worked until 2022, providing patient care and contributing to the organization’s growth. Her natural organizational skills and passion for improving processes led her to transition into her current role as Office Manager in 2022.
With a strong combination of clinical expertise and operational insight, Candace excels in managing day-to-day office operations while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency. She is a dedicated mother to two young girls and enjoys spending time with her family, exploring all that Nashville has to offer, and staying active in her community.
