Mommy Makeover

One of the newer terms that we hear in plastic surgery today is “mommy makeover”. The surgeries themselves have been around for a long time and we’ve done them in combination, but the public has gotten use to this term. It can mean a variety of things. It can mean a tummy tuck, it can mean breast implants to restore volume, it can mean breast lift or breast reduction.

And typically, a mommy makeover is when these things are done in combination. So we are taking care of somebody’s stomach, we’re taking care of their breasts. That’s really the most important area for a woman, it’s what she sees every day in the mirror and what bothers her, what makes her feel less attractive and not sexy and what we can do with these surgeries is really get her body back to where it used to be, get her so that she’s feeling more confident about herself, and really giving her a makeover.
