MyEllevate for Men in Nashville, TN
What is the MyEllevate™ Neck Lift for Men?
MyEllevate™ is a non-surgical and minimally invasive cosmetic treatment that provides our patients with all of the benefits of a neck lift without the need for cutting, anesthesia, or a lengthy downtime and recovery period. Instead, MyEllevate™ uses an ICLED® light-guided suture system to gently lift and elevate the soft tissue in the neck and jaw to create a more naturally youthful and contoured appearance. With the help of the MyEllevate™ signature suture suspense system, increased collagen will reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, jowls, and a “turkey neck” without the hassles associated with traditional plastic surgery procedures. MyEllevate™procedure can be combined with other in-office procedures such as liposuction and energy-based skin tightening for optimal results.
How Much Does the MyEllevate™ Neck Lift Cost for Men?
The average cost of a MyEllevate™ neck lift does vary by patient. The price is increased with addition of liposuction and/or energy-based skin tightening. We can discuss the details of your cost for MyEllevate™ at the time of your consultation. For your convenience, Plastic Surgery Affiliates offers financing options for qualified patients.
Plastic Surgery Affiliates is the first to offer this procedure in all of Tennessee and Kentucky.

What are the Benefits of a MyEllevate™ Neck Lift?
Benefits of receiving a MyEllevate™ neck lift include:
- Non-surgical, minimally invasive treatment
- Short treatment time in office
- Minimal downtime and recovery
- No general anesthesia required
- No visible scarring
- Permanent results that are immediate
- A naturally youthful and contoured appearance
MyEllevate™ Neck Lift Procedure
Your MyEllevate™ neck lift will be performed in-office using local anesthesia with oral sedation (MKO melt®) and Pro-Nox™ Nitrous Oxide system. Once you’re comfortable, all areas will be cleaned for the procedure. We treat this procedure using sterile technique similar to that used during breast implant placement. The vertical neck (platysma) bands are released and the ICLED® light-guided sutures are placed using a thin, hollow needle called a cannula. Once placed, these sutures will be positioned to gently lift the soft tissues around your neck and jaw to create a defined (“snatched”) jawline. Your neck and jaw will be wrapped with a dressing at the end of your procedure. This entire treatment process typically takes less than an hour to complete unless additional treatment modalities are added.
MyEllevate™ Neck Lift Recovery
Because the MyEllevate™ neck lift treatment is non-surgical and minimally invasive, patients are able to return home immediately following treatment. The in-office sedation requires a driver to and from your appointment. While mild redness, swelling, and bruising are to be expected, these side effects typically resolve on their own within a few days of treatment. A compressive dressing (chin strap) and neck brace are worn continuously for 3 days. The neck brace is worn any time you may be looking down (reading, watching TV, looking at computer or phone) over the 10 days following your procedure. A tight feeling is normal for the first 2-3 weeks following the procedure. While some results will be visible immediately, ultimate results will appear and continue to improve once all swelling subsides about three to six weeks following treatment.
